Work with us
Headington School Oxford is a fantastic school. However, we know that our beautiful buildings, stunning grounds and state-of-the-art facilities would be nothing without the talented and dedicated staff who make the Headington experience what it is.
Teachers
We are looking for teachers who can inspire a classroom and light a spark among those who are yet to find their passion for learning, We want you to challenge all our girls and boys to achieve beyond their expectations – whether that be teaching Oxbridge candidates at the top of the School or fostering that very first love of learning in our Nursery and Reception classes.
We also offer training in some subjects. Those wishing to train as a Maths or Physics teacher can apply to Headington, where they will be offered the opportunity to train under the National Maths and Physics School Centred Initial Teacher Training programme – find out more information on the scheme here.
Support Staff
Of course, it’s not just teachers who make Headington School Oxford what it is – everyone plays a part, from our grounds staff who keep the School’s outdoor learning environment looking so lovely to the catering team which provides a huge range of healthy and delicious meals for our pupils and staff every day.
At Headington, you can expect to be challenged and rewarded in an environment where every member of staff is valued and encouraged to grow and develop.
